Because let me fill you in on a little secret: you do NOT need to be sleep-deprived while you’re raising babie and young children.  So many people think that when you’re a mom of a baby or a young child, you’re not going to sleep and that there’s nothing you can do about it.  That may have been the case with previous generations of parents.  But the good news is that things are different now- we know SO much more!  Even if your little one struggled with sleep from day 1, is high needs, or strong-willed, she CAN learn how to sleep through the night.

I say this confidently given that, as a sleep expert on baby and child sleep, I’ve helped THOUSANDS of families get their little ones sleeping like champs.  So trust me when I tell you that you don’t need to suffer from sleep deprivation any more if you don’t want to.
