Absolutely! After working with over 2000 families, I’ve gotten pretty good at fixing the biggest sleep challenges out there! Plus, we’ve got bi-monthly group coaching calls on Zoom where we can chat “face to face” about solution options for your current sleep challenge. You’ll also be able to connect with other parents in the program going through the same sleep struggles. Our group is a real community.

Do I need to let my little one cry-it-out for hours this to work?

NO!  Sleep training of any kind should never involve hours of crying, nor does it need to involve leaving your little one alone to cry without any support.  We can absolutely teach your little one how to sleep like a champ while supporting him through these changes.  

But what if my little one is always teething? Is this going to work?

Let me tell you a secret- teeth get MUCH more credit for poor sleep than they really deserve.

Teeth are not responsible for your little one waking up a million times a night.

When your little one is actually cutting a tooth, you might get 24 hours of fussiness- but then the tooth cuts through and everything goes back to normal!

The other secret I want to tell you about teething is that good sleepers tend to be good teethers.

Meaning, when your little one is consistently sleeping through the night like a champ, they tend to be able to weather a “sleep stealer” like teething MUCH better than babies who aren’t sleeping well to begin with.

For example, take my son, JJ, as an example.  When he was 14 months, he was cutting 6 MOLARS AT ONCE.  No exaggeration.  And while he wasn’t the happiest baby on the block at the time, these molars didn’t impact his sleep WHATSOEVER because of how amazing of a sleeper he was.


The moral of the story here is don’t sit and wait for that magically perfect time to get your little one sleeping like a champ…because there’s no better time like the present!

Will this work if I have multiple kids with different schedules?

YES!  As a mom of 3 kids myself, I want you to know that this is VERY doable!  This baby and child sleep program will help you figure out what kind of sleep schedule your little one needs so that you can properly balance it with the needs of your other kids!

What if I'm co-sleeping? Can this program help me get him sleeping like a champ in his crib?

YES!  There are *many* moms in the program who were bedsharing with their little ones. With the help and support of the Sleep Bible program, they managed to transition their little ones to their own sleep space using my emotionally sensitive approaches.

What if my little one is hungry and still needs to eat at night?

We can absolutely teach your little one how to sleep independently and sleep longer stretches at night, all while respecting any nighttime nutritional needs he might have.  Sleep training and night weaning are two different things.

Though if your little one is older and still waking up hungry at nighttime, we can transfer those calories to the daytime so that he can learn to sleep straight through the night and not be hungry.
